Maintenance & repair · Sarasota & Lakewood Ranch

Keep your lighting shining.

Repairs, replacements, adjustments and ongoing care for outdoor lighting systems across Sarasota, Lakewood Ranch and Bradenton.

Outdoor lighting needs a little care.

Outdoor lighting lives a hard life in Florida. Sprinklers spray it every day, landscapers trim and edge around it, roots push fixtures out of alignment, plants grow over lenses and summer storms test every connection. Over time, even a great system can end up with dark spots, tilted fixtures and lights that point at nothing.

Our maintenance and repair service gets your lighting back to the way it was meant to look, and keeps it there.

What we fix and maintain

  • Dark fixtures and zones: tracing and repairing failed lamps, wiring and connections.
  • Timers, photocells and transformers: lights that won’t turn on, won’t turn off or run at the wrong times.
  • Damaged or tilted fixtures: replacing broken fixtures and re-aiming lights knocked out of place.
  • Overgrown lighting: clearing and repositioning fixtures as trees and beds grow.
  • Replacements: swapping worn-out or outdated fixtures, including older halogen lights.

Ongoing care, so you don’t have to think about it

The easiest way to keep outdoor lighting looking its best is regular care: periodic visits to clean, adjust, re-aim and repair before small problems become dark yards. Ask us about ongoing maintenance for your system.

Thinking bigger?

Sometimes a repair visit is the moment to rethink the design. If your system is dated or no longer fits your landscape, we can redesign it with new landscape and architectural lighting, and preview the result with a lighting demo.

Questions, answered

Repair & maintenance FAQ.

Why did part of my landscape lighting stop working?

Common causes include a damaged wire (often from edging, digging or roots), a corroded connection, a failed lamp, a timer or photocell issue, or a transformer problem. A diagnostic visit usually finds the cause quickly.

Should I upgrade my old halogen lights to LED?

Often, yes. LED lighting typically uses far less energy and lasts much longer than halogen. Ask us whether updating your system makes sense.

How often should outdoor lighting be maintained?

In Florida, where plants grow fast and weather is hard on equipment, a check-up at least once a year is a good idea, and after major storms for waterfront properties.
